ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE CHANGE IN MANAGEMENT
Subject: Statement made pursuant to Circular VIII, No: 54 of the Capital Markets Board
Our Sales and Marketing functions of Consumer Business Unit will directly report to Group CEO as of May 20, 2013. Within this context, our Chief Consumer Sales Officer Hulusi Acar and Chief Consumer Marketing Officer Burak Sevilengül will take on additional new responsibilities and will directly report to Group CEO.
We thank Chief Consumer Business Unit Officer Emre Sayın for his contributions to the Company, and wish him success in his future career.
