The Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended December 31, 2012 cannot be filed within the prescribed time period because the Company is experiencing delays in the collection and compilation of certain information required to be included in the Form 10-Q. The Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q will be filed on or before the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
