Henry Bros. Electronics, Inc.s (Henry Bros.) delayed the filing of its Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2006 due to unexplained reconciling items in certain clearing accounts. As such, Henry Bros. is unable to file its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 until its Form 10-K has been completed and filed.

Preliminarily, Henry Bros. anticipates reporting a net loss of approximately $600,000 to $700,000 for the three months ended March 31, 2007, compared to net income of $225,687 for the three months ended March 31, 2006. Factors contributing to this loss include an operating loss in the California operation related to certain project cost over runs, an operating loss in the Colorado operation due to lower than expected revenue, and an operating loss in the Airorlite division as it continues to invest in new market opportunities.
