On August 10, 2009, Macatawa Bank Corporation issued a press release revising its July 20, 2009 press release that reported the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2009. This revision arises from additional provisions for loan losses due to real estate appraisals of collateral for certain loans received by the Company between July 20, 2009 and the date of the filing of the Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2009. A copy of the August 10, 2009 press release is attached, and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit 99.1.
