INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS FORM 6-K REPORT

Effective as of December 5, 2018, Ms. Anoushka Kachelo resigned as secretary of Scorpio Tankers Inc. (the "Company") and Ms. Fan Yang was appointed as secretary of the Company.

Ms. Fan Yang joined the Scorpio group in February 2018 and also serves as secretary of Scorpio Bulkers Inc. She is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales. Prior to joining the Scorpio group, Ms. Yang was in private practice in London at Travers Smith LLP and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP. She has a BA in Law from the University of Cambridge.

Additionally, on December 5, 2018, the Board of Directors of the Company approved the reloading of the Company's 2013 Equity Incentive Plan (the "Plan") and reserved an additional 13,832,477 common shares, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company for issuance pursuant to the Plan.
