On May
13, 2010, Aegean Marine Petroleum Network Inc. (the "Company") held its Annual
Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were
approved:
1.
The nominees of the Board of Directors, Yiannis N. Papanicolaou and Konstantinos
D. Koutsomitopoulos, were approved to serve as directors of the Company until
the Company's 2013 Annual Meeting of Shareholders; and
2.
Deloitte Hadjipavlou Sofianos & Cambanis S.A. was approved as the Company's
independent auditors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2010.
