INFORMATION
CONTAINED IN THIS FORM 6-K REPORT
On July 1, 2008, Aegean Marine
Petroleum Network Inc. (the “Company”) was informed of the death of director
John O. Hatab, who passed away on June 30, 2008. Mr. Hatab served as
a director of the Company since December 2006 and was the chairman of the
Company’s audit committee and a member of the Company’s compensation committee
and nominating and corporate governance committee.
