OTHER EVENTS |
On October 30, 2007, Patrick Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Special Meeting of Shareholders set for Thursday, November 1, 2007 has been rescheduled to Thursday, November 29, 2007. The Company called a special meeting to seek shareholder approval of a $13.5 million rights offering of common stock to its shareholders, an increase in the number of authorized shares of its common stock and other related proposals. The rescheduled meeting will be held at the Company’s corporate offices, 107 W. Franklin Street, Elkhart, Indiana, at 10:00 a.m., Indiana time. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
