On February 1, 2005, Advanced Magnetics, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s Oncologic Drugs Advisory Committee (ODAC) is scheduled to review the regulatory filing for Combidex®, the Company’s investigational molecular imaging agent, on March 3, 2005. For more information, see the Company’s press release, dated February 1, 2005, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
