On May 24, 2010, Lee J. Pankratz, Senior Vice President of Macatawa Bank Corporation (the "Company") and Senior Vice President, Chief Lending Officer of Macatawa Bank, tendered his resignation from all positions with the Company and Macatawa Bank effective June 4, 2010.
