(the “Registrant”) hereby incorporates by reference the description of its Class A Subordinate Voting Shares to be registered hereunder contained under the heading “Description of Share Capital—Share Capital—Class A Subordinate Voting Shares and Class B Shares” in the Registrant’s Registration Statement on Form F-1 (File No. 333-167738), as originally filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) on June 24, 2010, as amended by Amendment No. 1 thereto on June 28, 2010 and as it may be further amended from time to time (the “Registration Statement”), and in the prospectus included in the Registration Statement to be filed separately by the Registrant with the Commission pursuant to Rule 424(b) under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, which prospectus shall be deemed to be incorporated by reference herein.
