The purpose of this letter is to comply with the requirements of the current regulation and inform you that a change has occurred in the Senior Management structure of YPF S.A.
I hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on July 26, 2012, appointed Mr. Daniel González as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Mr. Jesús Grande as Director of Quality, Safety, Health and Environment, in place of Eugenio Sellán, who will continue working in the same Department.
