Dear Sirs,
The purpose of this letter is to advise you regarding a relevant fact about the composition of YPF S.A. Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee filed on June 4, 2012. I hereby inform you that an inadvertent error has been detected in the characterization of the "independence" status of Director Mr. Luis García del Río and Alternate Director Mr. Pablo Blanco Pérez. In both cases, where our prior letter notes that they are: "Non Independent," the letter should have stated that they are "Independent."
