Item 1.01		Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

     On May 23, 2007, the Registrant entered into a Commercial Supply Agreement with LG.Philips LCD Co., Ltd. (LPL). Under the terms of that agreement, the Registrant agreed to supply LPL with certain of the Registrant’s proprietary phosphorescent OLED materials for use in specified active matrix OLED display products. The Registrant will recognize both commercial chemical sales and license fee revenues from its supply of this material to LPL. The term of the agreement runs through June 30, 2008.
