     On April 19, 2005, Sify Limited (“Sify”) announced its U.S. GAAP results for the fiscal quarter and year ended March 31, 2005. A copy of the press release was furnished as an exhibit to Sify’s report on Form 6-K filed April 19, 2005. Sify’s summarized unaudited results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2005 are set forth below.
