Or Yehuda, Israel, December 6, 2009 -- Magic Software Enterprises Ltd. (NASDAQ: MGIC), a provider of application platforms and business and process integration solutions, today announced the sale of its Israel-based company office building, for the sum of approximately $5.2 million in cash.
Further details of the transaction and its impact on Magic Software's financials will be provided in the company's 2009 fourth quarter and year-end earnings release.
