("MedCare) for approximately $6.6 million in cash. Financial terms of the transaction will be discussed in detail on the Company's fourth quarter and full-year 2002 results conference call on Wednesday, February 12, 2003. MedCare is a specialty pharmacy with locations in Alabama, Mississippi, West Virginia and Florida. ("MedCare") for approximately $6.6 million in cash. The Company expects the acquisition to add $0.03 to earnings per share in 2003.
