These services are currently performed by the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Qualex Inc. These actions are expected to be completed by October 2005. In conjunction with the business exit, the Company will pay approximately $3 million in severance costs to employees and will incur other exit costs amounting to approximately $17 million. In addition, the Company will record a charge in cost of goods sold of $12 million for accelerated depreciation on the related long-lived assets during the remainder of 2004 and during 2005. The severance and other exit costs require the outlay of cash, while the accelerated depreciation represents a non-cash charge.
