On March 3, 2015, we announced we will participate in the Morgan Stanley MLP/Diversified Natural Gas, Utilities and Clean Tech Conference on Thursday, March 5, 2015, in New York City.

Pierce H. Norton II, president and chief executive officer, and Curtis Dinan, senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer, of ONE Gas, will be conducting a series of one-on-one meetings with members of the investment community.

The materials utilized at the conference will be accessible on the ONE Gas website, www.onegas.com, on March 5, 2015, beginning at 8 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (7 a.m. Central Standard Time).
