The Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended August 31, 2012 will not be submitted by the deadline due to a situation where the workload exceeds available personnel.  We were not able to complete all of the financial information required to allow sufficient time to be able to finalize review and filing of the Form 10-K by the filing deadline of November 29, 2012.

We recorded a net loss of ($477,074) for the fiscal year ended August 31, 2012 as compared to a net loss of ($692,217) for the fiscal year ended August 31, 2011. The decrease in net loss results from an impairment of mineral properties in the amount of $610,000 during fiscal 2011 as compared to an impairment of only $130,000 during fiscal 2012, offset by an increase in exploration expenses from $Nil (2011) to $122,848 (2012), an increase in professional fees from $39,858 (2011) to $73,806 (2012), an increase in management fees from $25,000 (2011) to $45,000 (2012) and an increase in general and administrative expenses from $13,893 (2011) to $83,720 (2012).
