(a) On August 6, 2014, Cross Country Healthcare, Inc. (“the Company”) issued a press release announcing results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. This information is being furnished under Item 2.02 and shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or otherwise subject to the liability of such section.

Incorporated by reference is a press release issued by the Company on August 6, 2014, which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
The Company held its quarterly conference call on August 7, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. to discuss its second quarter results. Due to a technical issue with the host of the call, Verizon Enterprise Solutions, investors and analysts were not able to dial in to ask questions. As a result, the Company conducted a separate call on August 7, 2014 with investors and analysts to answer questions, which call was recorded. Attached hereto is a transcript of that call. On August 7, 2014, the Company also posted a transcript of the supplemental call on its website located at www.crosscountryhealthcare.com.
