On February 27, 2019, Kraton Corporation (NYSE: KRA) (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2018. The Company announced that it will hold a conference call and web cast to discuss these results on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. eastern time. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
