(1) In addition to these shares, Dr. Leung indirectly beneficially owns 17,900 shares held by his wife. Dr. Leung disclaims beneficial ownership of these shares. In prior reports on Form 4, Dr. Leung reported the indirect beneficial ownership of 600,000 shares held by Dr. Leung as co-trustee of two trusts. On October 26, 2004, A.G. Edwards Trust Company replaced Dr. Leung and his wife as co-trustees of these trusts and Dr. Leung is no longer the indirect beneficial owner of the shares held by these trusts.
