(the "Company") on December 20, 2006, attached as Exhibit 99, regarding the Company's announcement that the Board of Directors of the Company has elected Richard T. Clark, Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company as Chairman of the Board, effective April 24, 2007. The Board of Directors also appointed Dr. Samuel O. Thier, as lead director.
