("Company"), pursuant to articles 28 and 31 of CVM Instruction 308/1999, announces to the market that its Board of Directors, at meeting held on February 24th, 2015, approved the hiring of Ernst & Young Auditores Independentes S.S. for the provision of independent audit services in the fiscal year 2015, replacing Grant Thornton Auditores Independentes.

 

The Company also informs that obtained the properly consent from Grant Thornton Auditores Independentes with respect to the change above mentioned.
