SUMMARY OF RESOLUTIONS OF THE
186th MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
CPFL Energia S.A. informs its shareholders and the market in general, that at the 186th Meeting of the Board of Directors held on October 26, 2011 the following matters were resolved:
I. Approval: Acquisitions of electric energy from renewable source (CPFL Brasil);
II. Approval and Vote Recommendation: Addendum to agreement for the provision of audit services entered into with KPMG Auditores Independentes in order to adjust the amount of hours originally contracted, according to the hours of work over, in fiscal year 2010, for harmonization of accounting practices (CPFL Energia and Subsidiaries);
III. Approval and Vote Recommendation: Contracting of independent audit for the fiscal years from 2012 to 2014 (CPFL Energia and Subsidiaries).
