SUMMARY OF RESOLUTIONS OF THE
185th MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
CPFL Energia S.A. informs its shareholders and the market in general, that at the 185th Meeting of the Board of Directors held on September 28, 2011 the following matters were resolved:
(i) Approval: Review of the Securities Trading Policy (CPFL Energia);
(ii) Approval: Ratification of the acquisition of electric energy from renewable source for the period from January 2013 to December 2032 (CPFL Brasil);
(iii) Vote Recommendation: Participation and acquisition of energy from the energy auction of existing enterprises (A-1) and from the energy auction of new enterprises (A-5) for delivery as of 2012 and 2016, respectively (CPFL Paulista, CPFL Piratininga, RGE, CPFL Santa Cruz, CPFL Jaguari, CPFL Leste Paulista, CPFL Sul Paulista and CPFL Mococa).
