SUMMARY OF RESOLUTIONS OF THE
157th MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
CPFL Energia S.A. hereby notifies its shareholders and the market in general that at the 157th Meeting of the Board of Directors held on August 11 2010, the following matters were decided:
I. Approval and Vote Recommendation: Interim dividend declaration (base June 2010) by CPFL Energia and controlled companies;
II. Vote Recommendation: Capital increase in the controlled companies, through issuance of common shares;
III. Vote Recommendation: Amendments to the bylaws of the controlled companies to fit the new shareholding structure.
