     CSN hereby informs to its shareholders and to the market that Mr. LAURO HENRIQUE CAMPOS REZENDE has presented his resignation to the position of Investment and Investors’ Relation Executive Officer, being dissociated from the Company as of this date.

     The Company thanks Mr. Lauro Rezende for the significant services rendered to the Company, during the performance of his duties.

     The Board of Directors decided, in Board meeting held today, to indicate Mr. BENJAMIN STEINBRUCH to temporarily accumulate the duties of the Investors’ Relation Executive Officer.
