Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On April 7, 2008, Patrick Little was appointed the Company’s senior vice president, products and market development. Previously, Mr. Little held the position of vice president and general manager, high-volume group.

Mr. Iain Morris relinquished his position at the Company as executive vice president and general manager to pursue other opportunities.
