This Report of Foreign Private Issuer on Form 6-K is deemed filed for all purposes under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
On July 15, 2016, the Board of Directors of Korea Electric Power Corporation (“KEPCO”) resolved to contribute Won 100 billion to its employee welfare fund during the month of July, 2016. As of December 31, 2015, KEPCO’s total assets on a separate basis was Won 106 trillion, and such contribution amounts to 0.09 percent of KEPCO’s total assets on a separate basis.
