In order to correct an inadvertent omission, the Consent of Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm (the “Consent”), which is exhibit 23.1 to the Form 10-K of VF Corporation (“VF”) for the year ended January 3, 2015 filed on March 3, 2015, has been amended to include a reference to VF’s Registration Statements on Form S-3 ASR (No. 333-175700) and Form S-3 (No. 333-146594). The amended Consent is attached to this report as Exhibit 23.1.
