On February 11, 2015, Navios Maritime Acquisition Corporation (“Navios Acquisition”) issued a press release announcing its cash dividend for the quarter ended December 31, 2014, and its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2014. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
