On June 25, 2014, Aerie Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the results from the Company’s recently completed Phase 2b study of RoclatanTM. On or after June 25, 2014, representatives of the Company may present to various investors the information about the successful results of the Company’s Phase 2b trial of product candidate Roclatan™ as described in the slides attached to this report as Exhibit 99.2 hereto and is hereby incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01.
