Item 8.01      Other Events.

              On June 19, 2013, the Company announced that following a comprehensive evaluation of alternatives, it will continue to serve east coast Canadian markets by converting its Dartmouth refinery into a terminal operation. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
