On November 13, 2012, Lincoln Electric Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release related to the acquisition of all of the outstanding stock of Kaliburn, Inc., a South Carolina corporation (“Kaliburn”). Kaliburn, a manufacturer of shape cutting controls and solutions, web tension transducers and engineered machine systems, is located in Ladson, South Carolina.

 

A copy of the press release issued by the Company on November 13, 2012 is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The press release is also available on the Company’s website at www.lincolnelectric.com.
