On October 26, 2012, CVB Financial Corp. announced that Mr. Ronald O. Kruse was appointed Chairman of the Board of CVB Financial Corp. (the “Company”) and Citizens Business Bank (the “Bank”), banking subsidiary of the Company.

The press release announcing the appointment of Mr. Ronald Kruse is attached as an exhibit to this 8-K.
