On July 31, 2012, Smith Micro Software, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding the dismissal of the federal securities fraud class action that had been filed against the Company in 2011. A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
