By letter dated November 1º, 2011, the Company reported that in the Shareholders’ Meeting of October 31, 2011, was appointed as certifying accountant the firm PRICEWATERHOUSE&CO, member of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, designating Mr. Fabián Norberto Montero as regular external auditor and Mr. Raúl Leonardo Viglione as alternate external auditor, for the fiscal year 2011/2012.
