Liberty All-Star Growth Fund, Inc.’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on June 30, 2011 at the offices of the Fund, 99 High Street, Suite 303, Boston, Massachusetts, at 10:00 a.m.

Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations.

The Board of Directors recommends a vote FOR all the nominees listed.
