Attached is an English translation of the summary of the letter dated December 10, 2010 filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores.
By letter dated December 10, 2010, the Company reported that it has sold in the secondary market, its Class I Notes issued by IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones Sociedad Anónima, fixed rate notes due 2017, for a nominal value of U$D 15,152,000 to an average price of 100.17%. As a result of such sale, the Company received a total income, in principal and accrued interest, of U$D 15,625,791.-
It is important to clarify that as the Notes were issued pursuant to the Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act, the transaction was made in accordance with the requirements specified in the abovementioned regulation.
