Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 27, 2010, John W. Peace, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of CoreLogic, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Chairman of the Board of his intent to resign as a director immediately following the completion of the spin-off by the Company’s predecessor, The First American Corporation, of its financial services business. Mr. Peace’s resignation became effective at the close of business on June 1, 2010.
