Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
(b) Xerium Technologies, Inc. (the Company) today announced that it has reorganized its paper machine clothing and roll covers operations in Europe in an effort to streamline its management structure. The Company has decided not to extend its service contract with Mr. Peter Williamson, the Companys PresidentXerium Europe, which expires March 31, 2010. Effective immediately, the roles of Mr. David Pretty, PresidentXerium North America and Mr. Joan John Badrinas Ardevol, Xeriums Chief Technology Officer, have been expanded to include responsibility for the Companys European clothing and roll covers operations, respectively.
