On January 15, 2009, Corcept Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) awarded a one-time cash performance bonus in the amount of $20,800 to Anne LeDoux, the Company’s Vice President and Controller, in recognition of additional responsibilities assumed and services performed during 2008.
