Other Events

On November 15, 2007, Union Pacific Corporation (the Company) announced that its Board of Directors voted to increase the quarterly dividend on the Company’s common stock by 9 cents to 44 cents per share. The increased dividend is payable January 2, 2008 to stockholders of record on November 29, 2007.
