On August 29, 2007, Motive, Inc. issued a press release announcing that on Wednesday, September 5, 2007, it intends to file with the Securities and Exchange Commission a Current Report on Form 8-K containing unaudited annual financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2005 and December 31, 2006, and unaudited and unreviewed interim financial statements for the six months ended June 30, 2007. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
