On January 12, 2007, Trex Company, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it entered into an agreement with Lowe’s Companies, Inc. to sell Trex® decking and railing products. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
