Mr. Salyers employment with the Company will end on January 14, 2007.
Mr. Salyers departure from the Company was at his own initiative and was not based on any disagreement with the Companys management or board of directors on any matter, including those relating to the Companys operations, policies or practices. The Company will ultimately look to replace Mr. Salyer and does not expect Mr. Salyers departure to have a material impact on the Companys operations.
