By letter dated October, 2005, the Company informs that its Board of Directors has decided to analyze the possibility of realizing an agricultural investment in Brazil through a specific legal vehicle.
This eventual exposure to the Brazilian market does not modify the priorities that the Company has on the present and future investments in the Republic of Argentina.
The choice of Brazil as destiny of eventual investments was made taking into account especial characteristics of the market that set forth a good framework to apply the Company broad experience.
In this regard, we will inform about the approval of the project and the developing of more news in the future.
