On May 26, 2005 the Company issued a press release commenting on the dismissal by the U.S. District Court in Seattle of all claims in the Companys patent infringement action against ICON Health and Fitness. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
